The UPPAbaby Vista V2 review

The UPPAbaby Vista is one of the premium push chairs on the market, it has a sleek design and a very expensive finish with detailing which all parents can appreciate. The brand has been very attentive when listening to their parents needs and have really come through with a great overall product. All though I do praise and hold this item in high regards, I must be honest and give you my personal perspective and review of the item, the service and the brand. So, here’s my opinion of the pros and cons that I have found with this pram.

Made from high quality materials

The pram is made very well, you don't feel like you're being cheated from the price. The metal frame is very sturdy, the seats are comfortable and sturdy, and all adjustments are made for you to feel comfortable.

Versatility

I really do wish that I went for this pram as a first-time parent. In remember being introduced to the pram heavily pregnant with my first baby but didn’t think the pram was for me as the flexibility of it being able to be transferred to a tandem stroller for 2 just didn’t seem to appeal to me as I didn’t know if I wanted more children after my first. But believe me don’t allow this to deter you from buying the pram. The pram has a lot of features that are simply just so thoughtful even if you do just have the one baby. UPPAbaby equips you very well for the transitioning ages between having a newborn and having a toddler with the pram being adjustable from carrycot to toddler seat.

Large under pram storage basket:

We can all appreciate a little extra space on the prams. The UPPAbaby has hands down one of the biggest under pram storage I have seen so far. You’re able to fir your nappy bag as well as do a full grocery shop whilst comfortably pushing the pram. The back of the basket where you initially would access the pram has a spring feature which allows you to push the back down to get to things easily.

Extendable canopy:

Both the bassinet and the toddler seat have extendable canopy's which gives your baby a little more privacy. Especially when sleeping, they have their own little cocoon to themselves although they’re out and about. It's also nice that no one can access your

 Grows with your family

The pram can adjust to you and your family. If you decide to have more children in the future, they have the rumble seat to add onto that can be put onto the lower part of the pram with adaptors you would buy separately turning the pram into a double. As well as compatible care seats that your able to also attach two the pram.

Smooth to push on all terrain

The large wheels at the back and the 360 wheels at the front make it very easy to push on different terrains. Whether you're into going on walks through the fields and forests of the countryside or simply walk around the city, you'll find that you are very much at ease pushing the UPPAbaby around.

On the pricey side

The UPPAbaby is on the high end of the baby market as they range from around £900+, which may not be in your budget for a pram, but I recommend the pram as there are seasonal sales where the price does drop significantly. Or you may find the pram at second hand outlets. I recommend that you do splurge a little on your pram as it will be the most used product you'll probably ever buy for your child and having a good quality pram that has features that are thoughtful and useful makes all the difference in your daily commutes.

Large and bulky when folded up

When folded up the pram is bigger that other prams on the market, which may be an issue if you don't have the storage for it at home.

Heavy

It can be heavy to pick up and move around when in folded when putting it into the car or lifting it up when going up or down some stairs

Add Ons are expensive

There may be things that you want to add on e.g. coffee holder, toddler tray, buggy board etc. These items are sold at what I would call a premium price, very expensive and would make think twice about buying them at full price. However, you can find similar products that compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista at a cheaper price from places like amazon and other outlets, you'll also find them on second hand websites sometimes brand knew or barley used for a fraction of the price also.

Overall, for me the pram has been a great investment, I bought the pram brand knew but at a discounted rate and have been enjoying the versatility of the pram. The versatility of the pram is their biggest achievement and attention grabber I've now used it for 3 of my children and will be using it with my 4th child also. It's a very reliable pram that's just so easy to use no matter your height, everything about the pram is adjustable to cater to your needs. The UPPAbaby team have a great customer care team when you do need assistance. I had an issue with my pram chassis and after speaking to someone from the team, had one sent out to me free of charge due to being within the warranty period of 2 years. Which showed how much they care about their parents having a great experience with them. I would highly recommend the pram to everyone, it's by far the best pram that I've come across. I did thorough research and try outs on all the prams the baby market had to offer both cheap and expensive prams.

Your travel system is so worth the investment! so do your research and hit the stores
